Spam emails are the bane of human existence. As soon as you delete one email, another appears in your inbox.

Norton had already created a detailed "How-to" guide for getting rid of spam emails. Yet, the post ranked in the middle of the pack for the keyword and wasn’t visible to viewers who don’t leave page one of Google.

The Pitch

Update and expand the guide based on searcher intent to include step-by-step instructions and images for blocking spam, adjusting security settings, and a list of common spam threats.

My Role

Conducted SERP and competitor analysis, background research wrote copy and updated meta elements, led the design direction for creating in-post images, and optimized the post for search visibility.
